330 Mcgill Place is not an investment property.  Only a few of our homes are classified as Rental Approved and that status DOES NOT transfer at the sale of a unit.  Homeowners must apply for Approved Rental status and be placed on a waiting list (It may take years to be approved).  The Homeowners’ Association prosecutes owners of illegally rented units.  This is not a rental community.
